Is he talking about the strike in Sweden? Does he think he's gonna win against the Swedish unions? Does he think they're gonna fold and give up the Swedish model... for Tesla?

He could be talking about Media Matters and the EU, too. Or other lawsuits or investigations. No telling, really.
