But why do you care? You can do 30 FPS at 60 Hz. Or 35 FPS at 70 Hz. Etc etc. There is way more playing ground now with the higher refresh rate caps, and you can achieve any reasonable framerate cap you might want.
I assure you that you wouldn't notice the battery life difference of 30 Hz vs 60 Hz. But you WOULD definitely notice the flicker.
Low frame rates look bad on OLED regardless of set refresh rate.
