CPU Cooling problems: Just like 95C is normal for Ryzen, 100C is normal for Intel CPUs in many workloads. If you're worried about CPU temperatures, please look at reviews for the laptop or CPU cooler you're using.

My PC is slow at everyting even though I have a really good hardware (alien.top)

It's been 3 months since I have my new pc :

Intel Core i5-12400F 6 Cores, 2,5GHz

16GB of RAM

Geforce RTX 3060

The thing is, everything I do on my computer is so slow ! I freeze and crash everytime I switch between my different programs, everytime I try to launch a game, everytime I make something on my computer!

More than that, when I look at the task manager with steam, browser and discord open the cpu use doesn't even reach 20%!

Everytime I launch a game that use a lot of ram and cpu I make sure to close my browser and every other useless programs but nothing helps!

Please tell me someone have a solution cause I feel like using a janky computer while it's completely new.

Honestly, the first thing that popped into my head was a RAM issue. Are you running any type of OC on your RAM, DIMMs in the correct slots, using memory from your MoBo qualified vendor list, or mixing RAM? Could be a few different things, but this could definately cause this and would be the first thing I'd look at.
