Frankly, I would accept the presence of Hamas on the site as justification for the same in any case, especially when most of the folks who do accept that justification are also claiming that every hospital in Gaza has Hamas operating from there. Good way to justify bombing every single hospital, if someone is going to accept that logic - and where exactly are noncombatants injured by all these bombs expected to get treated then?
