Well look man Amazon has the infrastructure and means so I don't see why not
Maybe Amazon can drone deliver a car to your house.
They could even drop it via a parachute.

I was going to say this is hardly another package, but they are probably already experienced dealing with containers at some point of the chain?
How do cars even get transported in bulk.
