Not sure which YouTuber you're referring to, but why not comment on it or at least call them out directly?

A lot of creators are thinking like that unfortunately. A lot of leftist YouTubers instead are banking on BlueSky rather than the Fediverse, to the point they sometimes hold giveaways for BlueSky invites, which wouldn't be a bad thing, if they did mention Mastodon, etc.
