$200 is a little pricey for such a single-use accessory to a $400–$500 game console

I still don't understand why it exists and who thought that it would sell.

for the people who will inevitably jailbreak it and make it work with their home PC, or try to run emulators on it.

I would totally buy this if the price wasn't so outrageous. This things as expensive as a Switch Lite.

It looks very pointless as is, but it would actually be amazing if it could play cloud games. People who don't have a PlayStation could potentially get this and a $15 subscription.
