To be honest, I don't think I really understood HH. The main reason I voted yes on it was because I got a bunch of mailers from the Republicans and Libertarians being trying to scare me into voting no. I figured if the conservatives were being that extra about it, it was probably in my best interest to vote the other way.

Republicans didn't like that it took power away from TABOR. Some didn't like that renters would have had smaller TABOR returns, too.
