If Modric comes, as some are predicting, that'll be 2 players over the DP limit. How is that going to work? I have tried and failed to understand MLS roster rules.

The rules are to prevent what Miami are trying to do. It’s gross and as much as I would love to see the MLS keep growing, this is isn’t the way.
