Qatar 2022 was a success by their metrics, of course they'd do it again. Unless some FA or players boycott it, there's no incentive for them to not do it

Exaclty. Record revenue, record bribes on their private accounts, good story with Messi winning it. It is 100% counted as massive success by fifa.
