That has never held up for any other media format, and they've all tried it. 'By buying this book you agree to yadda yadda' riiiip goes that page. My page, my book, don't care. 'By installing this game you agree to yadda yadda' next next next. It's all just words inside a product I own. I can lie. I can ignore. A "contract" in an installer means as much as the game tutorial making me pledge my allegiance to Ba'al.
