Hamas, Hizbolla, Syria, Iran and Ruzzia are allies and are no doubt behind in the scenes plotting and trying to start a big war in the region to deflect from their invasion of Ukraine. Ruzzia has come to the point where they are losing so badly and have practically been isolated economically that they are willing to do anything to make this into a bigger conflict. They also have no qualms in false flag operations. Putin got into power that way remember.
