Video game news oriented community. No NanoUFO is not a bot :)

That's such a bullshit response. But here you go:

noun

  1. software that enables a user to obtain covert information about another's computer activities by transmitting data covertly from their hard drive.

That's exactly what publisher store software does, as defined in their terms and conditions. You can perhaps bicker over the "covert" part, because it's notified in the terms and conditions, but you cannot reasonably do that without acknowledging that a) most people don't read the T&C's, and b) I said that it was "basically spyware", implying that it isn't exactly spyware.

You're not arguing in good faith, you're just acting like an asshole.
