What not enough fiber does to a mother fucker
Goku after living on energy bars and cheese in a desert climate for two weeks.
Or too much.
If you don't drink enough water and eat too much fiber it can mess you up as well
I eat a lot of fibre and it's a great feeling to be in and out in a minute
