No app necessary, that's an Android feature since version 11 or so, dunno exactly. Go to Settings > Battery > Battery usage. Shows your screen time as well as use times for apps.
For a donut chart of app use time percentages I think the Google health thing has that.
See if 'Digital wellbeing and parental controls' is there. Not battery usage. That's all you'd need

I am not on Android 11 and stuck behind, that's why I asked.
LineageOS or some other ROM an option?
Looks like my manufacturer is too obscure for even lineageos lol
