While I've learned most salsas are made with tomatillos (and frequently some type of dried pepper), I'm a product of my area so I love chips and salsa, which means table salsa! Tomato salsa makes the best dip, and the variations you can make with dried and whole peppers are endless! I really love the smokey character from canned chipotles and add them in a bit excess ๐
The /r/salsa subreddit has a wiki with a ton of salsa recipes made from all types of fruits and peppers as well. Truly remarkable variety. I need to back that up so I can fully abandon reddit lol
