I’ve always been such a shitty note taker in a classroom setting that I neglected even trying to write things down in a professional setting, and while it certainly isn’t a real fix it does help to just keep a moleskin and pen nearby all the time. Note apps are fabulous in functionality but I will ignore them, so having a physical one nearby helps a lot
