The only thing I can say is certain from this is the lack of a grand battlepass going forward. Whether it translates to any meaningful change to future updates, prize pools, game modes and cosmetics is all up in the air.

yeah, I'm afraid that this is used as excuse to not doing any updates at all. Currently the expectation is at least there's a big update every TI
