Is there a way to change the color of the opponents health bar colors? (sh.itjust.works)

I'm color blind and even though there is a setting for it there are things that need more effort to notice, like this ward in the rocks

huh, it does look like it doesn't work anymore. Maybe you could try something like Nvidia game filter to increase the contrast on screen/shift the colors?
