Really looking forward to dinner. Happily I was forward thinking yesterday and have something prepared, I just need to heat it when I get home.
I was just thinking it’s a nice night to have chucked some pulled pork in the slow cooker!

Nice and simple, a 1/4 of a roast peri-peri marinaded chicken, with a mexican corn salsa salady thing.
