Article is paywalled, but just the incipit is somewhat incoherent:

any amount of drinking can be detrimental
you may want to cut down your consumption

The first point suggest[1] that the (bad) consequences of drinking does not depend on the amount drunk. The second advise to reduce consumption.

If very bad things can happen even with very small amount of alcool, the only wise advice would be to completely stop alcool consumption.

There's also a Bypass Paywalls Clean filter for Ublock Origin if you don't want to have multiple addons
