lordy what a piece of shit day out there. peace to all those in the struggle outdoors i'm not leaving this apartment
The drive in to work was pretty miserable, as was the walk to and from the car. I do believe that it is good to have a bit of unpleasantness to help us appreciate when we are warm and dry better. Or maybe that's just my sour-grapes-style envy of people with garages connected to their houses.
I'm working from home as I picked up a cold late last week and don't want to spread it throughout the office (like some people seem intent on doing). But I feel guilty being home in the comfort of my home when some of my coworkers would have had to trudge in through this weather.
Yeah I'm glad I can potter and answer some emails. Finally cable up my speakers and fx pedals and put away all my laundry.
