My mom always did BBQ with seitan, this sounds like a welcome change of pace

im not a huge fan of BBQ personally. i don't dislike it, i just like other things better in most circumstances. seitan is great since you can do whatever you want with it. it's probably the best meat substitute you can make at home IMO.
