Just drove past this last night and it's already looking beautiful! Super excited to see it when construction is completed.

Matching its address, the project offers 333 apartment units, ranging from studios to 3-bedrooms and penthouses.

I wonder how much these units will rent for.

I read somewhere $300 per square foot (aka 1000square ft for $3000 per month). Will try to dig up the article (think it was on urban milwaukee)
