I didn't even make it through a full day. I've smoked a couple of cigarettes every day since I was supposed to quit. It's a lot less than usual, but I'm not smoke free... I don't feel the nicotine replacement products are having the effect I had hoped for and I'm having trouble ditching the cigarettes after a meal. I'll have to keep trying, but this is harder than I expected ๐
Oh, no! :) Well, a couple a day is a lot better than a couple packs a day. You'll get it next time!
I talked to my counselor today, and she said not to worry and just keep cutting down and work on the few cigarettes I still have trouble quitting (those after a meal). So I'm still quitting just not as quickly as I expected...
