A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Why am I not allowed to purchase a nuclear bomb? Nuclear bombs are armaments, hence they should be covered under the second amendment. If an American wants a nuclear bomb, only his ability to afford one should determine whether he can have one. But of course the fascist US governemt headed by communist Brandon just has to stop the fundamental right of the people.
