I have very bad news for you: Bosses are usually the least qualified on staff.

Ironically, especially if they're a good boss because they'll hire good employees. The bad ones fail to realize they should be out-classed by good employees and that they should pay accordingly. Though appropriate pay is a pipe dream even from most good bosses.

Seems like Linus recognized this and that's why he hired a new CEO, and so far he has proven to be very professional. Linus has been running LTT like "Me and the boys doing gaming stuff" and failed to achieve the professionalism requires by such a big company.

I don't think anyone can deny that Linus was absolutely key to founding and growing LMG, but he should've learned some hard lessons a long time ago and taken steps to address them, or taken a step back to let someone more in touch with PR handle things.
