Hey peeps, I'm the head mod or reddit's /r/piracy. I'm setting up things to cover for lemmy.ml in case the load is too much on the 12th.

I'm now a mod on /c/piracy via my lemmy.ml and fmhy account so I can handle things if things go tits up.

Ok how come I can't search for communities on other instances? especially ones I know exist. Sorry I have no idea what I'm doing.

Searching for something that's not cached (it hasn't been searched by anyone else on the instance) takes arounf ~10 seconds to show up. So you might just have to wait a bit.

Yeah it doesn't seem to be working at all for me and I've tried on Jerboa and in Firefox.
