What game and platform would you show them and why?

Keep in mind, this person's only experience with games would be arcade machines.

Superhot on any VR system. It was the most insane gaming experience I've ever had, I can't imagine what someone from the past would think.

Even without VR system, it's a really good indie game with very good support on Linux
