A bit expensive, but something like this could be a worthy upgrade on the good old PC-Engine APU4 boards many self-hosters use.

RPi with POE hat is still an SBC though.
You could make an argument that a board with the SoC on it and everything like RAM, storage and ports on separate daughter boards is an SBC, because only the Single Board there actually Computes. But the spirit of the name is something that's usable without accessories, it does not ban them for "impureness" of SBCsm.
Anyway, this here seems usable with only one board, but not intended to, so I'd rather call it a miniPC, not an SBC

Not that it's a very important term though, I doubt misusing it to the amount present here would cause any harm. I just like nitpicking.
