I don't actually know. Probably? I use Sync, back up my primary, and loaded it into all my other instances for the same exact view, and it looks like it added all my faves and subs as well. At least from my perspective on my sidebar. It's entirely possible it just copied what's in the sidebar over, and not my actual subscriptions. Just lets me access them if I "restored" from a different account.
