I've noticed it and a friend I introduced to it has noticed it too. I don't recall ever having a hangover from combustion but it's been a while and maybe it's just part of getting old? Idk figured I'd ask because I'm confused by it.

Yeah, it's a thing. Some factors I've identified: How close you vape to bedtime - I try to leave at least 2h in-between nowadays, more is better, up to 4h especially for occasional users. How much water you drink - stay hydrated. What you eat - satisfying your munchies with unhealthy shit will definitely make you feel worse the next day.

Imo it's mostly down to sleep quality moreso than actual after effects of the drug. Tbf that's a big part of alcohol hangovers too.

I guess that's where my issue lies. I don't like to be intoxicated around my kids, so I start vaping late. There's roughly a 1.5 to 2 hour window where I can do this and get to bed at a decent time.
