Call swat on them.

If they don't get guns pointed at them then you will make 4 thugs waste most of their day and piss them off.

Local police is probably made aware in advance so it would end with the dispatcher

Possibly, but some local police do have a policy of only giving ICE exactly the legally required room to operate, and no more.

Reporting ICE in every time creates opportunities for local law enforcement to catch ICE in any mistake. (Yes, I do realize the irony of this recommenation.)

ICE probably aren't great about keeping everyone informed. They appear to, today, keep poor records intentionally.
