Edit: I removed the HELP and extra question mark from the end since I've now left it be outside and don't need a advice. I thought the cross post would include the body text from the first post on [email protected] so I guess I accidentally left out all the other pictures and additional info, oops

I think you can try asking your neighbors if those kittens or cats belong to them.

Its 3am, so id have to wait, I'm nocturnal due to a sleep disorder so I don't really know many of my neighbors...

I know a person in the building where I found it, but not really anyone else
