Nice. Some actual good news out of the Midwest for once.
Illinois does stuff like this all the time. They ended cash bail a couple of years ago, and legal weed
To be fair Missouri does too. But then our legislature undoes the will of the public. Here's hoping it sticks up there. Sounds like it will.
