It means use the Wise app to throw USD into EUR.

But it's also a little late for this. The Euro has been plateauing up in this $1.13 range for a while before dropping. It was $1.11 last week.

Short of some TACO, 12 hours of martial law, tariff yoyo shit, right now is the worst time to buy.
