No, it doesnt. Just like polling in general being broken doesn't bother me. Nor do I agree its broken. Nor do I care to bother discussing such nonsense since its doubtful youve managed to go beyond a grade school level understanding of mathematics.
If you're worried about how your local government is running their vote counting operation then volunteer for it. Document the problems and send a evidence to news orgs. Trust me plenty of left wing individuals would love to report on that shit. Its pretty simple.
Its clear you don't have an actual issue with how vote counting is done or you wouldn't be wasnt my time talking about exit polling. A thing that has nothing to do with counting or election operations in general.
