Pretty sure that's a lighter and a spoon for heroin.
Definitely a bulb for smoking meth.
I agree with you, but it is hard to tell because it appears a third grader drew it.
Edit: the crystal on the chin leads me to believe it is a meth pipe.
Edit 2: but the fiancee's name is crystal, so the plot thickens.
