Bernie and AOC have a national platform, an energized base, and the infrastructure to gather small donations. Now they need winnable policies to back. It seems impossible in the MAGA-controlled government — unless they turn to state ballot initiatives.

Bernie and AOC supported the genocide in Gaza. So I don't care how much gallivanting they do around town. I'll never vote for those ass clowns. The global voter turnout is declining. And I'll be one of those that do not vote in some elections. Because I just feel so guilty for voting for the Democrats and then seeing them do what they did. I mean, we're in a worse off position than we will admit to ourselves. I think most Americans are in denial. I mean, I don't even believe I live in a democracy. So I just try to keep my head down. Find a way out.

The one who called it a genocide and called for stopping weapon deliveries to Israel? Are we just making shit up now?

He was slow to criticize Israel, it took months for him to do it, but eventually he did. And not just with words, but with actions too. If that's not the growth we want from our representatives and we hold past mistakes against them forever, then hiding in a cave sounds like a good idea.
