Is being a lawyer a prerequisite to being an MLA?

If you don’t trust all the articles out there saying it’s a problem, then fine.

Do Journalists and Editors commonly receive the law degrees you require to discuss or read legislation?

The way you’re behaving is typically considered in bad faith, so I’m not going to engage further until you do so in extended details of how it all intricately works.
