Everyone's?
Probably not everyone's, but I'd be willing to bet that the total number of exceptions to the rule either greater or fewer than pretty nearly cancel each other out, on average.
Am I losing my mind or did everyone here forget that roughly half the population of the planet also has a vagina (8)?
Urethra opening and vaginal opening are both inside the human body. There is only one opening in the front, male or female. Females have labia minora/majora. Males have urinary meatus.
That is a fair point.
