Ehhh, was it antisemitism or antizionism? The people were presumably shot because they work for the Israeli embassy and the shooter was tired of the genocide Israel is doing. Seems like it wasn't a hatred of the religion or culture but the specific actions that have already been identified as deplorable and war crimes.
