I've been trying to experiment with a private instance, but I've been following the official instructions for both "from scratch" install on BOTH fresh installs of Ubuntu 22.04 and 20.04 and the compiled version always fails trying to find some file when I run the "cargo" command to build it, and when I try the docker method, docker complains about missing dockerfiles. I'm not what you would say a pro programmer, just a power user with SOME programming background, and I'm stuck at this point.

Is there something I'm doing wrong, some wierd config or something I have to do that's NOT on the official install page?
