Facepalm

I really hate this feature that makes comment or email responses into dialogue trees. I get that it's still an option to do that even if they aren't putting it right into the UI, but it's rude to substitute an autogenenerated message for a few of your own words and for it to be a direct part of the interface like this implies that it's instead fine and normal.
