Did Jacinta just seriously waffle out an implied allegation that the AEC is corrupt? That's fucking insane.

Hmm, I can definitely see how you'd interpret it as accusing the AEC, but I don't think that's it. At worst, it's accusing the AEC of failing to adequately kerb bad behaviour from Labor. But it was mostly accusing Labor and the media of being abusive. Unhinged, but not, I think, in the way you took it.
The AEC is responsible for ensuring that staffers/volunteers at polling boths are conducting themselves within the bounds of the law and that voters are not intimidated.
If she is alledging that people are being harrassed in line etc and the AEC is not reporting this/involving the police she is alleging AEC corruption.
