No idea where I will be able to find these mushrooms. An Asian grocery, although that was loads easier when I lived in Providence.

The Enoki "golden needle" ones are available as a grow set here in Germany https://www.pilzbrut.de/bio-enoki?, the "beach" ones I could not find. But maybe a grow set would also be an option for you?
