Sleepy, its emotionally exhausting at the moment, but not sleeping well either. Holidays and lots of time with the kids take it out of any parent too. My wife is helping loads, I'm a lucky man
I'm glad you have a good support network. Take as much time from work as you need and sleep as much as you can.
