In my state (R) there was someone, who was obviously not part of the protest or media recording the whole time. I’ll post a picture in comments and while not a hundred percent, I feel certain I’ve seen him at other protest I’ve been to ( I do have pictures to compare). While he was recording, he was speaking to someone, it was obviously not commentary. He appeared hard wired ( blue wire) to something, first thought was back up battery, but maybe someone in the know can fill me in.
