“California lawmakers propose…”? Buddy, that’s an initiative, it can be proposed by literally anyone in the state.
and it’s from a petition… i could make up a law called the “balls in your mouth” law, start a petition today, and fox will be promoting articles saying “california lawmakers want to put their balls in your mouth”.
(also, “balls in your mouth” is a kid rock song from when he used to be a detroit rapper with a flattop… people should not let him forget that he was very into black culture before he switched to white trash culture… also he was a literal pimp)
