Check the detail on some pieces. The text on the blanket, the "lights" on the panel behind the bed.

The light fuzziness around circles and straight lines wherever a lot of detail tends to go is usually a good indicator.

Most image models will put little details at weird angles or without any clear pattern that a human would've probably overthought and made straight.
